Jai Paul’s “Jasmine” and Some Snowboarding

It’s a sunny Friday afternoon in California and I’ll have to fly back to Oregon in two days, so that kind of sucks. I’m stoked on finishing the TEENS interview (see post below) and stoked on still being in bed at 1:30. Here’s a great new track from Jai Paul to brighten your day, and High Cascade’s latest film featuring riders at camp last summer and some of our favorite tracks. Both made fresh just for you.

WELCOME HOME

Joe. Freaking. Sexton.

I know this seems like we’re turning into one of those blogs that just reposts cool snowboard edits. This is not the case (and this post in particular is brand spankin’ new, so HA).

We’ll be posting some new music soon. We just have to find something worthy first. Stay with us.

Givin’s New Video “One”

I just got back from watching the premier at Tactics boardshop – pretty small crowd but it was a good group of guys. Miniramp was super fun. If you need anything snow/skate related online, they’re the ones to go to! I don’t know if the movie’s available anywhere online yet, but I’m sure it’ll be up for free within a few months. Definitely a well-rounded flick with a great soundtrack. It’s nice to see more powder shots than just thirty minutes of straight rail slaying. If you get the chance to see it, I definitely recommend taking it. Check out the teaser below, and keep up with Givin if you don’t already. I really loved the Giving Tree graphic, Silverstein is unforgettable. Anyway, enjoy.

K2′s “Better Daze” Teaser and Tin Sparrow

I love it. I hadn’t heard of Tin Sparrow prior to this teaser, but I have now and that’s all that matters. A lot of us brainz and our musical tastes have been influenced by snow and skate films over the years, and I’m not surprised that it’s still happening today. I remember hunting down tracks off of a Volcom video and an Element video in sixth grade because I couldn’t bear not being able to hear them whenever I wanted… memoriezzz. Here’s the teaser, follow K2 on Facebook and click on the link above for Tin Sparrow’s Bandcamp.
