Cerulean is a dreamy duo made up of siblings Elliot and Marilyn Baker. The two are coming on strong bringing “music to the restless.” We met Elliot in Boise at Treefort Music Festival and we all ended up hanging out most of the three days. It was like we had known eachother for years. There is a time in a new friendship when its too early to talk about yourself or reveal your talents so for the first two days we had no idea Elliot had this arsenal of tracks tucked away in his library. He didn’t even mention that he was creating music until one night we were all lounging in this hotel room before a show with some close friends and he asked if we wanted to hear a few of his tunes. After 4 or 5 different beats from his project called L E IT, ‘Fucking Wind’ came on and it took my by surprise to hear the beautiful echoed vocals of Marilyn on the track.  I am excited for the EP release that’s to come this summer on Holy Underground.
